Tobogganing, snow-shoe hiking etc. – fun for all the family
The Kitzbühel Alps have much more to offer than perfect pistes. As well as tobogganing, cross-country skiing and other activities, there is plenty of space and options available here too.
Tobogganing
Our region does of course provide plenty of fun for the family, with tobogganing together for instance. Those who are fit will enjoy hiking up to an inn and then enjoy the ride back again all the more – while those who are not so ambitious can take the lift so they can relax and toboggan down the slope.
Night-time skiing in Kirchberg in Tirol
It is not just skiers who meet up on the floodlit pistes in the evening to enjoy night-time skiing; a special highlight is of course always the popular moonlight tobogganing, when the magic of the Alpine inn becomes a very special experience. Every Thursday and Friday the floodlit piste on the Gaisberg is open from 18:30 to 21:30.

Winter hiking in the Kitzbühel Alps

Cross-country skiing around the Kitzbühel Alps
There are more than 250 kilometres of trails throughout the region. Little wonder that the area has the Tirol Trail Seal of Approval, thanks to its wide selection of trails, for both styles, and all difficulty levels.
